Picture this…..‘an idyllic French Château set in a small market town - location, South West France’. Your mission, should you choose to accept - is to ‘Eat Like A Frenchman’.

I shall be on hand to ensure that all guests enjoy some of the very finest culinary delicacies to be found anywhere in the world. We will experience a traditional French Market, visit local food producers, explore a vineyard and sample some of the specialities which include Foie Gras, Armagnac, Cheeses and of course- the world renowned Black Perigord truffle.
(According to seasonal availability.).

I shall give cookery demonstrations and discuss all things ‘French’. Soufflés, Tarte Tatin and Pommes de terre Dauphinoise will all come in for the masterclass treatment, but the best is saved for dinner. Canapés and fine champagne followed by the finest food cooked by myself and my sous chef.
